Some quick facts about moi: I have always lived by the sea (except for college years, which I did not really fancy all that much) and I am settling for now by the Atlantic Ocean. I adore bridges and late night walks tuning in to the subtle chaos of the city. I am the star of my own kitchen and I love to entertain. I love my family, I love my friends and I miss them a lot. I love traveling and my best memories took place in cities all around the world from La Habana to Amsterdam, Paris to New York. I am up for the unexpected fun and I don't like to overplan my trips. About my blog: My blog has no central theme whatsoever. I just post whatever I feel like that day. I am maintaining it for myself more than anything as I have a memory weaker than the average fish. Though, if you, the random person, stumbled upon my blog and are enjoying it, I am glad you are here. Browse away!

Still looking for apartments in New York. Why do I feel like I am going to end up being a homeless man in a month?! I finally gave up on craigslist and called a broker today. Waiting for him to get back to me and we will go from there.

I love the professional life! As tired as I end up being when I get home, I enjoy reading and watching movies. I always find something fulfilling to do. I actually even find the energy to cook a delicious meal and enjoy it. I can’t wait to have my own space so I can invite friends over to join me.

Talked to mom and brothers today. It is so amazingly sweet how they all don’t mind being up at 2am just to talk to me. I tell them to go to bed and they go ‘meh sleeping is overrated we want to talk to you.’ Once a friend told me that one’s family is what remains when all friends fade away… so true. I am making new friends by the day but as old friends get busy with their lives and not remember me as often, my mom and brothers are always there regardless of how tired and busy they might be. Every time I call, it makes them smile and they can read the slightest sign of worry in my face.
